Tips:
- Use your linear Chumash to help
you;
- Before you start, look back a
little to remind yourself where we are now in the story;
- Think about who is talking (if
someone is talking) and to
whom.
- Try to understand the meanings of individual
words, not just whole phrases;
- Also, think about how the Hebrew
word is made up of different parts - what is the meaning of each
part?
- Before you finish, get someone to
test you. They should listen to how well you are reading as
well as how well you know the meanings.
- If you have any questions or
difficulties, or just something interesting to say about the pesukim,
write your thoughts down and bring your notes to the next lesson.
